Adjust Crystal Breaking Speed to Match Your Playstyle

Understanding the Speed Setting

HCsCR Mod allows you to control how quickly crystals are removed on your client. This doesn't change server-side behavior, but makes your local experience feel more responsive to your inputs.

How to Configure

1. Open your mod configuration menu (typically accessed via in-game settings or a dedicated mod menu)

2. Locate the HCsCR Mod settings panel

3. Find the crystal breaking speed or responsiveness slider

4. Adjust the value based on your preference:

  • Lower values = more conservative, closer to vanilla feel
  • Higher values = faster client-side crystal removal, snappier feedback

5. Test in a practice arena or low-stakes PvP scenario

6. Fine-tune until crystal breaking feels natural for your ping and playstyle

Tips for Finding Your Sweet Spot

Start with a moderate setting and gradually increase it. If crystals seem to disappear before you expect them to, dial it back slightly. The goal is responsiveness without feeling disconnected from server reality. Your ideal setting depends on your ping—higher ping players may benefit from more aggressive settings.
