Adjust Button Hover and Click Effects
Find Button Texture Files
Open the resource pack and navigate to assets/minecraft/textures/gui. Look for files named with button, widget, or similar terms. These control how buttons appear in their default, hover, and pressed states.
Modify Hover State Colors
When you hover over a button, the texture should brighten or shift color. Edit these hover-state textures to make the purple accent more or less pronounced. You can intensify the glow effect or tone it down for a subtler interaction.
Enhance Click Feedback
The pressed/active state should feel responsive. Increase the brightness shift or add a slight color change when buttons are clicked. This makes the UI feel more interactive and satisfying.
Maintain Consistency
Ensure all buttons—in menus, inventories, and settings—follow the same hover and click behavior. Inconsistent feedback can feel jarring. Test every interactive element to confirm the effects work smoothly across the entire interface.
