How to Sync the GUI Clock to Your Real-World Time Zone
Why Sync It
By default the GUI clock shows the in-game world time, which advances faster than real time and does not match your actual clock. If you prefer the readout to reflect your computer's local time, the mod includes an option to synchronize the GUI clock with your system time zone. This is handy for players who want a real-time reference while playing.
Enabling the Sync
1. Open the mod's configuration. Depending on your setup this is usually reached through the in-game mod list's config button or a config file in your instance's config folder.
2. Locate the option that controls whether the clock uses real time versus world time.
3. Toggle it so the clock follows your computer's time zone.
4. Save the config and return to the game.
Things to Know
Once synced, the displayed time matches your operating system clock rather than the Minecraft day cycle. That means it will not help you predict when night falls in-game, since the two are now decoupled. If you switch back to world time, the readout returns to tracking the in-game day. Choose whichever mode suits how you play: real time for immersion and reference, world time for survival planning.
