Observe Enhanced Movement

Gray's Mob Overhaul X Fresh Animations updates how passive mobs like cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens move and behave. Their walking styles and idle animations are now fluid and lively.

What to Look For

1. Spawn or find passive animals in your world

2. Watch their walking cycle—movement should be smooth and natural, not rigid

3. Observe idle animations—animals may shift weight, twitch ears, or adjust posture

4. Check eating and grazing animations if the pack includes them

Villagers and Riding

Villagers also receive animation updates. If you see a villager riding a pig or other mount, the riding animation will be noticeably smoother than vanilla. Illagers (like pillagers and evokers) gain new combat and movement animations that make encounters feel more dynamic.

If animations still look vanilla, verify your resource pack is enabled and positioned correctly in your load order.
