Use This Data Pack on Multiplayer Servers

Server Installation

1. Contact your server administrator — they need to add the data pack to the server

2. Provide the data pack file to the admin

3. Server admin steps:

• Extract the data pack
• Rename Block to Blocks if running Minecraft 1.20.1
• Place it in the server's datapacks folder
• Run /reload or restart the server

Why Servers Need This

On multiplayer servers, you cannot use commands like /give to recover lost items. If a boss destroys your grave, your gear is gone forever. This data pack is essential for fair survival gameplay where boss deaths are already punishing enough.

Verifying It Works

• Ask the admin to confirm the data pack is enabled with /datapack list
• Die to a boss and check if your grave blocks survive
• Report any issues to the admin so they can verify the folder structure

This data pack has minimal impact on server performance — it simply prevents specific block destruction, adding no lag or resource drain.
