Enable PBR and Depth Effects with Compatible Shaders
Choosing a Compatible Shader
Gordibuenas Textures X64 is designed to work with shader packs that support PBR (physically-based rendering) and parallax occlusion mapping (POM). The pack includes built-in depth data that only displays correctly with these shaders.
Supported shader packs include Kappa PT, Nostalgia VX, Photon, BSL, and Complementary. Install one of these before enabling the resource pack for best results.
Applying the Resource Pack
1. Open your Minecraft launcher and navigate to Resource Packs
2. Click Open Pack Folder and place the Gordibuenas Textures X64 file inside
3. Return to the launcher and move the pack to the Selected column
4. Launch the game with your chosen shader active
5. Enter a world and look at stone, wood, or grass blocks—you should see surface depth, realistic shadows in crevices, and light reflections on wet surfaces
If effects don't appear, verify your shader pack is active in the in-game settings menu under Shader Options. Some shaders require POM to be explicitly enabled in their configuration files.
