Customize Golden Knight Abilities and Behavior

Accessing Configuration Files

The Golden Knight's abilities and behavior are defined in MythicMobs configuration files. Navigate to your server's plugins/MythicMobs/Mobs/ directory to find the Golden Knight configuration file.

Modifying Abilities

Open the configuration file in a text editor to view and edit the boss's nine custom abilities. Each ability can be adjusted for damage, cooldown, range, and other parameters. Common modifications include:

• Adjusting ability damage values to match your server's difficulty
• Changing cooldown timers between attacks
• Modifying targeting behavior or area-of-effect ranges

Applying Changes

After editing the configuration, save the file and execute /mm reload in-game to reload all MythicMobs configurations. Test the changes by spawning a new Golden Knight instance. If the boss doesn't reflect your changes, check the console for configuration syntax errors.
