Golden Feather Mod

The Golden Feather Mod adds a single new consumable: the Golden Feather. It is crafted the same way as a Golden Apple, but with feathers in place of the apple, so you combine feathers with gold in the familiar recipe pattern.

Eating a Golden Feather grants three effects at once for 10 minutes: Slow Falling, Absorption, and Haste. Slow Falling makes descents gentle, which is useful when jumping from high places or building tall structures. Absorption adds extra protection against damage. Haste speeds up mining, so the feather doubles as a tool for gathering resources faster.

Because the effects last a full 10 minutes, one feather can cover a long mining trip or a risky climb. The mod is small and focused, adding no other items or blocks. If you already know the Golden Apple recipe, you already know how to make this one.
