Create and Save Custom Brush Profiles
Export Brush Settings to Items
Once you've configured a brush exactly how you want it—specific size, block palette, and brush type—you can save those settings directly onto an item in your inventory. This lets you quickly swap between different painting setups without reconfiguring each time.
How to Save and Load Profiles
1. Customize your brush in the menu (Left-click with wand, then adjust settings)
2. Hold the item you want to save the profile to
3. Run /gopaint export to lock your current brush configuration onto that item
4. Later, hold the item and run /gopaint import to restore those exact settings
Organize Multiple Brushes
Use different inventory slots or separate items to store profiles for different tasks. For example, keep a Gradient brush on one item for smooth color transitions, a Bucket brush on another for flood-filling large areas, and an Overlay brush for painting only exposed surfaces. This workflow eliminates menu navigation when switching between specialized tools during complex building projects.
