Troubleshooting Giant Forms Not Appearing

Common Issues

If you're not seeing giant monster models during battles, verify your setup first. Check that Cobblemon: Mega Showdown is active and functioning—without it, Gmore Mons cannot work.

Verification Steps

1. Confirm the data pack is in your world's datapacks folder, not the global datapacks directory

2. Run /datapack list to see if Gmore Mons appears in the enabled datapacks

3. Use /reload to refresh all data packs

4. Encounter multiple battles with the supported species—giant forms may not appear every time

5. Check that you're actually fighting one of the ten supported monsters (Kingler, Lapras, Garbodor, Inteleon, Orbeetle, Drednaw, Coalossal, Flapple, Appletun, or Centiskorch)

If Problems Persist

Remove and reinstall the data pack file. Ensure no conflicting data packs are interfering. Verify your Cobblemon: Mega Showdown installation is up to date and properly configured. Sometimes giant forms appear randomly rather than consistently, so continue battling to increase your chances of encountering them.
