3. Glowing trims don't provide gameplay advantages—they're purely cosmetic and don't affect damage, speed, or mechanics.

Server Compatibility

The resource pack is client-side only, meaning it affects only your view of tools. Other players see the glow only if they also have the pack installed. There are no server-side conflicts or restrictions—the pack is purely visual and safe for any multiplayer server.
