Rename Your Totem

To customize your Totem of Undying, you'll need an anvil and the totem in your inventory.

1. Place an anvil and interact with it

2. Put your Totem of Undying in the left slot

3. In the name field, enter a two-character code: a color letter followed by a trim number

4. Confirm the rename and take your customized totem

Understanding the Code Format

The code combines:

• Color letter: A single letter representing material colors like Amethyst, Emerald, Gold, Netherite, or Quartz
• Trim number: A number from the available armor trim designs, such as Silence, Vex, Spire, Coast, or Snout

For example, typing r14 applies Redstone color with the Tide trim pattern, while d16 gives you Diamond color with Ward trim.

See Your Changes

Once renamed, your totem will immediately display the new glowing design in your inventory and hotbar. The bright, colorful effect makes it easy to spot during combat or survival situations.
