Adding Gear to Your NPC

Armor stands can wear armor just like players. This pack includes custom 3D models for all armor types and held items, making your NPCs look fully equipped.

1. Rename and place your armor stand NPC

2. Right-click the armor stand while holding armor pieces (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots) to equip them

3. Right-click while holding a tool, weapon, or block to place it in the NPC's hand

4. The 3D model will display the gear with custom textures and proportions

Visual Customization

Different armor materials create distinct looks—gold armor appears ornate, diamond looks sleek, and leather can be dyed. Combine armor with specific NPC names (like Villager variants) to create themed characters: a blacksmith in iron armor, a wealthy merchant in gold, or a guard with a sword. The held items render at proper scale relative to the NPC's hands, maintaining visual consistency across your builds.
