How to Make Fluid-Filled Glass with Clear Fluid Glass and Clear Fluid Fake Glass
Clear Fluid Glass and Clear Fluid Fake Glass let you display a fluid inside a glass block — useful for aquariums, pipes, tanks, and decorative builds where you want to show water, lava, or another fluid without actually placing it.
Clear Fluid Glass
Clear Fluid Glass holds a fluid and renders it inside the block. Place the block, then interact with it while holding a fluid container (a bucket of water, lava, or another mod's fluid) to fill it. The fluid shows through the glass, so you get a clean window into the liquid. Empty it by interacting with an empty bucket or by breaking the block.
Clear Fluid Fake Glass
Clear Fluid Fake Glass looks like it contains a fluid but does not actually store one. It is purely decorative, which means it will not flow, will not damage you like lava, and will not interact with pipes or tanks. Use it for fake pipes, decorative pools, and builds where you want the look of a fluid without the mechanics.
Build ideas
Line a wall with Clear Fluid Glass filled with water for an aquarium effect. Use Clear Fluid Fake Glass for lava lamps, fake reactors, and decorative fluid runs that should never actually move. Combine both with Ethereal Glass for windows you can walk through while still seeing the fluid behind them.
Note
Fluid support depends on which fluids your modpack provides — check JEI/REI for which fluids the block accepts.
