Master Peeking in PvP Combat

Use Peeking to Gain a Tactical Advantage

Peeking lets you scout enemy positions and fire back without exposing your full body. This is especially powerful in PvP scenarios where every hit point counts.

How to peek safely:

1. Position yourself behind a wall, pillar, or tree

2. Press Q to lean left or E to lean right

3. While leaning, you can see around the obstacle without your hitbox moving into the open

4. Your character shifts exactly 0.5 blocks to the side, keeping most of your body protected

5. Fire arrows or throw weapons while peeking to damage enemies before they can react

6. Press Q or E again (or the opposite key) to cancel the lean instantly

Why This Works

Since only your head peeks out, enemies have a much smaller target. You can gather intel on enemy numbers and positions before committing to full exposure. The smooth animation means you won't stutter or lag while leaning, giving you a fluid, responsive feel in fast-paced combat.

Practice alternating between left and right peeks to keep enemies guessing your position.
