Desert Pyramids spawn in desert biomes. They're large sandstone structures with a distinctive pyramid shape. Use the /locate command or explore desert biomes systematically.

Disarming Traps

Desert Pyramids contain pressure plate traps connected to TNT. Before opening chests:

• Look for pressure plates in front of chests
• Dig around them carefully or place blocks to prevent activation
• Remove or disable the redstone connections if you can access them

Accessing the Treasure Room

The main loot chamber is typically underground beneath the pyramid. You may need to dig down or find the entrance. Once inside, you'll find multiple chests.
