Use Stained Glass with Connected Textures
Working with Colored Glass
The resource pack supports all stained glass colors with connected textures. Each color connects independently, so you can create multi-colored glass designs without visible seams within the same color.
Building with Stained Glass
1. Craft or obtain stained glass in your desired colors
2. Place blocks of the same color adjacent to each other—they will connect automatically
3. Different colors do not connect to each other, creating natural color boundaries
4. This applies to both stained glass blocks and stained glass panes
Design Strategies
- Color blocking: Create large sections of single colors for bold, modern designs
- Gradients: Arrange colors in transitions to suggest depth or create artistic patterns
- Accents: Use small sections of contrasting colors as decorative elements within larger glass structures
- Transparency layers: Stack different colored glass to create new visual effects
Since each color connects only with itself, you have precise control over where seams appear in your design. This makes stained glass ideal for both functional windows and decorative architectural features.
