Troubleshoot Items Dropping from Drawers

Identifying the Problem

If you see items floating around your storage blocks or piling up on the ground, an iron downgrade may be causing overstacking. Items exceed their normal stack limit and the drawer ejects the excess.

Verify the Mod is Active

Check your mod list to confirm the Functional Storage Downgrade Fix is installed and enabled:

1. Open your mod menu

2. Search for "Downgrade Fix"

3. Confirm it shows as active

What to Check

If items are still dropping:

• Hover over the iron downgrade in your drawer interface to see its current status
• Open the drawer and look at the item stacks—they should match normal limits
• Remove and reapply the downgrade if behavior seems incorrect

Expected Behavior

Once the mod is working:

• Stacks stay within normal limits (e.g., potatoes stack to 64)
• No items float around the block
• Drawers reject excess items silently instead of dropping them

The fix applies automatically once installed—no additional troubleshooting steps needed.
