Why Use Selective Fullbright

Some players prefer fullbright for exploration but want normal lighting for building or PvP. Rather than constantly switching packs, you can toggle fullbright on and off within your world.

Toggling Fullbright On and Off

Check if your version supports a toggle command or keybind. Many fullbright implementations allow you to disable the pack's effects temporarily through:

• A dedicated keybind (check your controls menu)
• A command if the mod supports it
• Temporarily moving the resource pack to inactive status

Alternative: Use Multiple Profiles

Create two resource pack profiles in your launcher:

1. One with Fullbright SP enabled (for exploration)

2. One without it (for building or combat)

Switch between profiles as needed without reinstalling. This approach works if you prefer not to toggle mid-session and want clean separation between playstyles.
