How to Install the Fresh Waystones Texture Pack

Getting the Pack Into Your Game

This is a resource pack, not a mod, so it does not go in your mods folder. Drop the downloaded .zip file directly into your resourcepacks folder inside your Minecraft instance directory. Do not unzip it — Minecraft reads the compressed archive as-is. If you are using a launcher with isolated instances, make sure you are placing it in the correct instance's folder, not the global .minecraft folder.

Activating It In-Game

Open Options → Resource Packs and move Fresh Waystones from the left column (Available) to the right column (Selected). Click Done. The pack should sit near the top of your selected list so it overrides any other pack that also touches waystone textures. If you use a large modpack with its own bundled packs, place Fresh Waystones above them to guarantee its textures win.

Verifying It Worked

Load a world and look at a waystone. The stone should have a cleaner, more polished surface than the default Waystones look, while keeping the same silhouette and glowing runes. If nothing changed, confirm the pack is actually enabled, that no higher-priority pack is overriding it, and that you are looking at a Waystones block rather than a similar-looking modded block. Reloading with F3 + T refreshes textures without restarting the game.
