Customize Color Tone and Saturation
Access Color Settings
Open shader options and locate color adjustment controls. FreeVibrant's bright, cheerful aesthetic can be fine-tuned to match your preference.
Adjust Saturation and Vibrancy
Look for:
- Saturation: Increase for more vivid block colors; decrease for a more muted, vanilla-like appearance.
- Vibrance: Enhances specific color ranges without oversaturating the entire scene.
- Color Temperature: Shift between warm (orange/yellow) and cool (blue) tones to change overall mood.
Fine-Tune by Biome Impression
Walk through different biomes and note how colors appear:
- Forests: Should feel lush and alive with green tones.
- Deserts: Sand should appear warm and golden.
- Nether: Reds and oranges should feel intense without being harsh.
- Water: Should reflect the sky with clear caustic patterns.
Balance with Shadows
Bright colors work best when paired with clean, visible shadows. If colors feel washed out, increase shadow intensity. If shadows feel too harsh against vibrant colors, soften shadow edges slightly. Test changes across multiple biomes to ensure consistency.
