Change the Color and Appearance of the FPS Text
Navigate to Appearance Settings
Open the FPS Overlay Mod configuration. Look for sections labeled Appearance, Display, Colors, or Styling.
Modify Text Color
Find the Text Color or Color option. This typically opens a color picker or accepts hex color codes. Choose a color that contrasts well with your usual game view—bright colors like white or yellow work well over darker backgrounds, while darker colors suit lighter skies.
Adjust Additional Visual Options
Depending on your mod version, you may also customize:
- Font size or scale to make text larger or smaller
- Text shadow to add depth and readability
- Background option to add a semi-transparent box behind the text
- Opacity to make the overlay more or less transparent
- Font style (if multiple fonts are supported)
Preview and Save
Most config menus show a live preview of your changes. Adjust settings until the FPS counter is clearly visible and matches your preference. Save your configuration and return to gameplay to confirm the appearance in-game.
