Troubleshoot When the Command Doesn't Work

Command Not Recognized

If /fps max doesn't work, check these common issues:

Verify the Mod is Loaded

1. Open your mod menu or launcher

2. Confirm the Fps Booster Command Mod appears in your active mods list

3. Restart your game if you recently installed it

4. Check that you're in a world where commands are enabled (commands must be allowed in your world settings)

Check Your Syntax

  • Make sure you're typing /fps max exactly as shown—no extra spaces or typos
  • Confirm you're pressing Enter after typing the command
  • Try typing /fps alone to see if the mod responds with available commands

Server Restrictions

If you're on a multiplayer server:

  • The server owner may have disabled this mod's commands
  • Ask an administrator if the mod is installed server-side
  • Check server rules—some servers restrict joke mods

Reinstall if Needed

If none of these steps work, the mod installation may be corrupted. Remove it completely and reinstall according to your mod loader's instructions.
