Keep Your Mods Updated

Kotlin mods and their libraries receive updates. Forgelin-Continuous stays current with newer Kotlin versions, but you must keep it installed to benefit.

Best Practices

1. When updating mods, always check if they have Kotlin dependencies listed

2. Keep Forgelin-Continuous in your mods folder permanently—it's lightweight and causes no issues

3. If you add new Kotlin-based mods, verify LibrarianLib-Continuous is also present if required

4. Before removing any mod, scan your modpack for mods that depend on it

Prevent Future Problems

Maintain a clean mods folder by regularly deleting old versions of mods you've updated. Old Forgelin files especially should never coexist with Forgelin-Continuous. Document which mods require Kotlin support so you remember why Forgelin-Continuous is essential to your setup.
