Setting Up a Habitat

Create a spacious, enclosed area with grass blocks and open sky—unicorns need room to move and graze. Use fences or walls to contain your herd while allowing them to roam naturally. Include multiple tamed unicorns to encourage natural behaviors and breeding.

Breeding and Growth

When two tamed unicorns are kept together in proximity, they may produce foals. Foals are smaller and take time to mature into adults. Once adults, they develop horns suitable for harvesting. A diverse collection lets you appreciate the mod's 32 color variations.

Maintenance and Access

Keep golden apples and shears nearby for quick stamina restoration and horn harvesting. Use the /unicorn habitat command to locate wild herds if you want to expand your collection with new colors or genetics. Leave adequate space for flight takeoffs and landings so your unicorns can exercise their wings. Consider building viewing platforms to admire your herd from above.
