Make Foliage and Plants Look Alive with Waving Animation

Access Animation Settings

Open the Flux Prism Elite shader options from your video settings.

Find the Foliage Section

Look for Foliage, Animation, or Waving options. This section controls how grass, leaves, and plants move.

Enable Waving Motion

Turn on the waving foliage or waving plants toggle. This animates:

  • Grass blocks and tall grass
  • Leaves on trees
  • Flowers and other plant blocks
  • Vines and hanging vegetation

Adjust Wave Speed and Intensity

Many presets let you control:

  • Wave speed: How fast plants sway (faster = more noticeable movement)
  • Wave height: How far plants bend from their original position

Start with default values and increase intensity if you want more dramatic movement.

Observe the Effect

Walk through a forest, meadow, or garden. You should see grass and leaves gently swaying as if caught in wind. The movement creates a lively, natural atmosphere.

Waving foliage is disabled in potato presets but available in low, medium, and visual-focused modes. If you're using a low preset and don't see animation, upgrade to medium or higher.
