Customize Animation Speed and Smoothness

Access the Configuration Menu

Fluid Motion Logic Mod stores its settings in the mod's configuration file. You can adjust how quickly animations play and how smoothly transitions occur between movement states.

Common Adjustments

Animation Speed: Increase this value to make walking, running, and climbing animations play faster. Decrease it for slower, more deliberate movements. This is useful if you find the default pace doesn't match your playstyle.

Transition Smoothness: Controls how quickly your character shifts from idle to walking, or from walking to sprinting. Higher values create seamless blends; lower values make state changes more snappy.

Upper/Lower Body Sync: Since the mod separates upper and lower body animations, you can fine-tune how tightly they coordinate. This affects how natural arm swings look while your legs are moving.

Applying Changes

After editing the configuration file, restart your world or server for changes to take effect. Test different settings in a safe location—your character's responsiveness will feel different, so you may need to readjust your movement timing in combat or parkour situations.
