Optimize Performance While Using 3D Fireworks

Monitor Frame Rate During Shows

Launch multiple fireworks at once and watch your FPS counter. Firework 3D is lightweight, but many simultaneous 3D models can impact performance on lower-end systems. Stagger launches if needed.

Adjust Render Distance

If you experience lag during large displays, temporarily lower your render distance. This reduces the overall scene complexity and helps the 3D firework models render smoothly.

Disable Unnecessary Visual Features

Turn off particles or reduce particle count in your video settings if performance suffers. This won't affect the 3D models themselves, but it frees up resources for them to display clearly.

Use Appropriate Shader Settings

If running shaders, use a balanced or performance-oriented profile rather than ultra-high settings. Firework 3D works with shaders, but heavy shader effects combined with many 3D models can strain your GPU.

Test Before Events

Run a test display in your world before hosting a community event. This confirms your system can handle the visual load without stuttering or crashes.
