Making Other Players See Your Customization (Server Syncing)
By default the mod is client-side: only you see your own model changes. To let others see them, the mod must also be installed on the server, and syncing must be enabled.
Why syncing does not work by default
When the mod runs only on your client, your settings never leave your computer. The server has no idea you changed anything, so it sends the default model to everyone else. Installing the mod on the server gives it a channel to relay your settings.
Enabling sync
1. Confirm the mod is present on the server (not just your client).
2. In the mod's settings screen, look for a syncing or "server sync" toggle and turn it on.
3. If the server has a config file for the mod, check that syncing is allowed there. Server owners can disable it.
4. Rejoin the server after changing the setting so your data is sent again.
If other players still see the default model, either the server lacks the mod, syncing is off on one side, or those players do not have the mod installed and therefore cannot render the custom model at all.
