Locating Zombie Villagers

Zombie villagers spawn naturally in:

• Zombie villages (rare structures in plains and deserts)
• Dark forests and swamps at night
• Dungeons and other dark structures
• Anywhere zombies can spawn during low light

Capture and Transport

1. Identify a zombie villager by its clothing—it wears tattered versions of villager robes

2. Trap it using blocks, boats, or minecarts to prevent escape

3. Transport it to your curing station (boats work well for moving mobs)

4. Ensure it stays in darkness during transport to avoid burning

Curing at Your Station

Once at your station, follow the standard curing process: apply weakness potion, feed golden apple. The data pack ensures it completes instantly. This is an excellent way to obtain villagers with random professions and trades without waiting for them to grow up from babies, making exploration-based villager hunting much more rewarding.
