How to Get Extra Red Dye from Indian Paintbrush

Preparing the Flower

Locate Indian Paintbrush flowers in Terrestria biomes. These are red flowers that grow naturally in certain terrain types.

Using the Cutting Board

1. Place a Farmer's Delight cutting board on a block

2. Hold an Indian Paintbrush flower and right-click the board to place it

3. Equip a knife (any knife from Farmer's Delight works)

4. Right-click the flower with the knife

Collecting Dye

The flower will be sliced, producing red dye. This method yields more red dye than standard crafting recipes, making it an efficient way to gather dye for large coloring projects.

Advantages Over Crafting

Using the cutting board is more resource-efficient than traditional crafting methods. If you're building with red-dyed blocks or need dye for other projects, harvesting Indian Paintbrush flowers and processing them on a board is worthwhile.
