Customize Sounds for Different Advancement Types

Locate Sound Settings

Open the Fancy Toasts Mod configuration screen from the main menu. Navigate to the Sound or Audio section.

Understand Advancement Categories

The mod assigns different sounds based on advancement type:

• Tasks — simpler achievements
• Goals — mid-tier accomplishments
• Challenges — difficult or special achievements

Each category can have its own sound effect.

Adjust Sound Preferences

In the sound settings, you can typically enable or disable sounds per category, or select from different sound packs if available. Some configurations allow you to mute specific advancement types while keeping others audible.

Apply and Verify

Save your changes and earn advancements from different categories to hear your new sound configuration. If sounds aren't playing, check that your game volume is up and that sound effects are enabled in Minecraft's main audio settings. You can return to the config screen anytime to adjust further.
