Creating Interactive NPCs

Make NPCs respond when players click them. This is useful for running commands, displaying information, or triggering server events.

1. Select your NPC

2. Navigate to the interaction settings

3. Choose the action type: run a command or send a chat message

4. Enter the command or message text

5. Save the configuration

Command and Message Examples

When a player clicks the NPC, it can execute any server command (teleport, give items, trigger events) or broadcast a message. For example, a shop NPC might run a command to open a menu, while a quest-giver NPC sends flavor text to the player.

You can set different interactions for different click types if the plugin supports it. Test interactions by clicking the NPC yourself to ensure commands execute correctly and messages display as intended. This feature runs efficiently in the background without impacting server performance.
