Combining Text Styles

You can layer multiple formatting options—bold, color, and other effects—on a single nickname using nested MiniMessage tags.

Steps

1. Use /fancy set to begin setting your name

2. Wrap text in <bold> tags to make it bold: <bold>YourName</bold>

3. Add color with <color:#HEXCODE> tags around or inside bold tags

4. Combine them by nesting: <bold><color:#FF5733>StylishPlayer</color></bold>

5. Press Enter to confirm

This displays your name in bold, bright blue. You can also apply color to just part of your name by placing tags around specific words. Experiment with different hex colors and combinations of bold, italic, and underline tags to create a unique look. Remember that only players with Fancy Name Mod installed will see your formatted name; others see your original username.
