Wield the Blocking Shield

Equipping the Shield

The Fairy Animated Weapons Set includes a decorative blocking shield designed to match the fairy aesthetic.

Using the Shield

1. Place the shield in your off-hand slot (the small slot to the left of your main hand in the inventory)

2. Hold right-click while the shield is in your off-hand to raise it

3. You'll see the animated shield model appear on your character's arm

4. While blocking, you'll reduce incoming damage from the front

5. Release right-click to lower the shield

Shield Mechanics

The shield works like a standard Minecraft shield but with fairy-themed animations and appearance. You can still attack with your main hand while blocking. The shield will take durability damage when blocking projectiles or melee attacks, so repair it at an anvil when needed. Pair it with any of the fairy weapons for a complete defensive setup.
