Monitor Your Armor Durability During Combat

Enable the Armor Tracker

Access your HUD mod settings and ensure the armor durability tracker is enabled. This displays the condition of your equipped helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots.

Understand the Visual Indicator

The armor tracker shows each piece with a durability bar or percentage. As you take damage or break blocks, the bars deplete. Pay attention to pieces that are nearly broken—they'll appear visually degraded or show a critical warning.

Plan Your Repairs

During PvP, check the armor tracker between fights. If a piece is low on durability, retreat to an anvil or crafting station before engaging again. Running into combat with broken armor leaves you vulnerable.

Position for Easy Viewing

Place your armor tracker in a corner where you can glance at it without losing focus on your opponent. Many players position it top-right or top-left for quick reference without breaking their gaze from the center of the screen.
