Create Detailed Walls and Borders with Blockus Variants

Understanding Wall Blocks

Extended Block Shapes includes wall variants for Blockus blocks. Walls are shorter than full blocks and connect to adjacent walls, creating fence-like structures. They're perfect for garden borders, decorative railings, or architectural details.

Placing Walls Effectively

Place walls on top of blocks or on the ground. They automatically connect to adjacent walls of the same type, forming continuous lines. You can also place them on the sides of blocks to create vertical wall sections. Walls don't require support from below, so you can create floating decorative elements.

Mixing Block Shapes

Combine walls with full blocks, slabs, and vertical slabs to create layered borders. For example, place a full block as a base, add a wall on top, then cap it with a slab. This creates a three-dimensional border effect that's more visually interesting than a single block line.

Color Coordination

Use complementary Blockus colors for your walls. Polished stone walls pair well with colored plank accents, or create monochromatic designs by using different shades of the same color family.
