Getting Started with Bow Looting

Looting enchantment now works on bows, letting you increase rare drops from mobs without needing a sword. This is especially useful for farming rare items like ender pearls, nether stars, or mob-specific loot from a distance.

How to Enchant Your Bow

1. Gather enchanting materials: Collect lapis lazuli and experience points as normal.

2. Open an enchanting table and place your bow in the left slot.

3. Look for Looting in the available enchantment options. It may appear at any level (I, II, or III depending on your setup).

4. Select Looting and confirm the enchantment.

Alternatively, use an anvil with a Looting book to apply it directly to your bow.

Tips for Efficiency

• Higher Looting levels increase rare drop chances more significantly.
• Combine Looting with other bow enchantments like Power or Flame for a versatile weapon.
• Looting on a bow works best for farming mobs that drop valuable or rare items.
• You can still use your bow for combat while benefiting from the loot bonus.
