Maximize Damage Output with Density and Breach Enchantments
What Density and Breach Do
Density increases the weight and impact of your axe strikes, scaling damage based on how far you've fallen before hitting. Breach reduces or ignores enemy armor, making it effective against heavily armored mobs and players.
Applying These Enchantments
1. Enchant your axe at an enchanting table and look for Density or Breach in the options
2. Alternatively, obtain enchanted books with these effects and combine them with your axe at an anvil
3. Both enchantments can coexist on the same axe for compounding benefits
Using Density Effectively
- Jump from a height before striking for maximum damage multiplier
- Combine with Knockback to create distance for repeated aerial attacks
- Works best in elevated terrain or when fighting from structures
Using Breach Effectively
- Breach is invaluable against armored mobs like iron golems and heavily equipped players
- Stacks with your axe's natural armor-piercing properties
- Particularly useful in PvP scenarios
Synergy
Using both enchantments together creates an axe that deals massive damage regardless of enemy defenses or your positioning.
