Adding Looting to Your Axe

Looting is traditionally a sword enchantment, but this mod lets you apply it to axes. This enchantment increases the chance of rare drops from mobs you defeat.

How to Enchant

1. Use an enchanting table: Place your axe and look for Looting in the enchantment options

2. Use an anvil: Combine your axe with a Looting enchanted book

3. Higher Looting levels (I, II, III) increase drop rates further

Farming Strategy

• Mob Grinders: Use your Looting axe as your primary weapon in mob farms to maximize drops from common mobs
• Boss Fights: Bring your Looting axe to increase rare item drops from tougher enemies
• Selective Farming: Target specific mobs known for valuable drops (wither skeletons, endermen, etc.)

Combining with Other Enchantments

Pair Looting with:

• Fire Aspect: Smelt drops automatically from certain mobs
• Knockback: Keep mobs at distance while farming safely
• Density: Increase damage output for faster farming
