Trigger a Custom Meteor Shower at Specific Coordinates

Using the Meteor Shower Command

You can spawn a meteor shower exactly where you want it using the command system. This is useful for creating dramatic events, testing configurations, or setting up cinematic moments.

Basic Command Syntax

Use /meteor_shower <coordinates> <quantity> [radius] [height] to spawn meteors:

  • coordinates: The X Y Z position where meteors will center
  • quantity: How many meteors to generate
  • radius (optional): Spread area in blocks; leave blank for default
  • height (optional): How high meteors spawn before falling

Example

/meteor_shower 100 64 200 15 spawns 15 meteors centered at coordinates 100, 64, 200.

/meteor_shower ~ ~ ~ 30 50 80 spawns 30 meteors above your current position with an 80-block spread.

Tips

Increase the radius value to spread meteors across a wider area. Adjust height to control how far meteors fall before impact. Test different quantity values to find the visual intensity you prefer.
