Configure Water Appearance for Different Biomes

Understand Shader Water Mechanics

Everune Shaders applies water visuals globally, but you can adjust how water appears across your world. Access the shader menu and locate water-specific settings like wave intensity, color tinting, or transparency.

Adjust Wave and Movement Settings

Modify water wave frequency and amplitude to control how animated the surface appears. Lower values create calm, glassy water suitable for peaceful biomes; higher values add turbulent, dynamic movement for ocean areas.

Fine-Tune Water Color and Clarity

Some shader configurations allow adjusting water tint or transparency. Customize these to match your preferred aesthetic—clearer water for tropical feels, deeper blue tones for colder biomes, or murky appearance for swamps.

Test Across Multiple Biomes

Visit oceans, rivers, lakes, and swamps to see how your settings look in different contexts. Water appearance changes based on surrounding blocks and lighting, so test at various times of day to ensure consistency across your world.
