Adjust Water Reflection Intensity

Access Shader Settings

Open the shader options menu while in-game by pressing the designated shader menu key (usually accessed through your mod menu or by pressing a hotkey like O or through the pause menu's graphics options). Look for the Everune Shaders configuration panel.

Modify Reflection Strength

Locate the water reflection or surface reflection slider. This controls how prominently reflections appear on water bodies and wet surfaces. Decrease the value if reflections feel too strong or distracting; increase it if you want more pronounced mirror-like effects on oceans and rivers.

Fine-Tune for Your Hardware

If you notice performance drops after increasing reflections, lower the reflection quality setting alongside the intensity. This maintains visual appeal while keeping frame rates stable on mid-range systems.

Test in Different Environments

Visit various water bodies—oceans, rivers, and lakes—to see how your adjustments look under different lighting conditions. Sunset and sunrise hours often showcase reflections most dramatically. Save your preferred settings once satisfied.
