Capture Cinematic Screenshots with Evelite Shaders

Set Up Your Scene

Evelite Shaders excels at creating photorealistic screenshots thanks to its shadow detail and water reflections. Position yourself in a location with interesting lighting—near water, under trees, or during sunrise/sunset for maximum volumetric light shaft visibility.

Configure Shader Settings for Screenshots

Maximize shadow quality and distance in your shader options. Enable any cinematic or enhanced detail modes available. If your hardware allows, increase volumetric light intensity to make god rays more prominent through foliage and clouds.

Optimize In-Game Conditions

Overcast skies reduce shadow contrast. Position the sun or moon at an angle that creates dramatic lighting across your subject—low angles produce longer, more visible shadows.

Capture Settings

Use F2 (default) to take screenshots without the HUD. Consider using a third-person camera mod to include your character in scenic shots. Take multiple photos from different angles and times of day; Evelite's dynamic lighting means the same location looks different as the sun moves.

Disable any performance-limiting settings temporarily if you're willing to accept lower frame rates for a single perfect shot.
