Getting Started with Eternal Starlight

Reaching the Abyssal and Aethersent Realms

Eternal Starlight adds two realms to explore: the Abyssal realm and the Aethersent realm. Each has its own geology, flora, and fauna, so prepare for travel before you go.

Start by gathering the mod's basic materials. Abysslate forms the geology of the Abyssal realm, while Amaramber is the metal tied to its metallurgy. Aethersent is the counterpart material associated with the Aethersent realm and its starfire aviaries. You will need an Alloy Furnace to process certain materials into usable ingots and nuggets.

Once you have basic gear, seek out the realms themselves. Expect hostile mobs such as the Lonestar Skeleton, Nightfall Spider, and Stranghoul, alongside passive creatures like the Aurora Deer and Luminofish. Bring light sources, since realms like these are rarely bright. Build up Amaramber and Aethersent gear before venturing deeper, and watch for environmental hazards such as Abyssal Fire and Abyssal Geysers.
