How to Trade with Piglins for Rare Items
Attracting Piglins
Piglins spawn throughout Crimson Forests and other Nether biomes. They're neutral unless provoked, but they're attracted to Gold Ingots. To trade safely, wear at least one piece of gold armor—this prevents them from attacking you.
Initiating a Trade
Hold a Gold Ingot in your hand and right-click a Piglin. The Piglin will accept the ingot and examine it briefly, then drop a random item from their trade pool in exchange. You can repeat this with multiple Piglins.
What You Can Get
Piglins trade a variety of items including enchanted gear, rare materials, and unique drops. The exact items vary, so trading with many Piglins increases your chances of finding valuable loot. Some trades are more common than others.
Efficient Trading
Bring stacks of Gold Ingots to maximize trades in one session. Set up a trading area near a Piglin spawn location for convenience. Remember that Piglin Brutes won't trade—they only guard Bastions and are always hostile. Regular Piglins are your trading partners.
