How to Make the Gender Change Potion

The Gender Change Potion is one of the mod's headline items. It is a brewed potion, so you will need a brewing stand and the mod's estrogen-related fluids as ingredients.

What You Need

Before brewing, make sure you have a steady supply of Liquid Estrogen. That means completing the horse urine filtration chain first: collect Horse Urine, filter it into Filtrated Horse Urine, then process that into Liquid Estrogen. You will also want a Bottle of Dreams, since dream-related items are part of the mod's potion and decoration tree. Keep some empty glass bottles on hand for the final step.

Brewing the Potion

Place your brewing stand and add a water bottle as the base. Add the mod's estrogen ingredient to the stand to begin the brew. The exact reagent order matters, so check the in-game recipe viewer (such as JEI or REI) for the precise inputs rather than guessing. Once brewing completes, you will have a Gender Change Potion. Drink it to apply its effect. If you want to reverse or adjust the effect, the mod also provides Testosterone Mixture and Testosterone Chunks as part of the same chemistry tree, so keep some of those on hand if you plan to experiment.
