How to Make Liquid Estrogen and Estrogen Pills

Liquid Estrogen is the central crafting fluid of the mod, and turning it into pills is the most common thing players want to do. The process is a chain, not a single recipe, so follow each step in order.

From Horse to Filtered Urine

Start by collecting Horse Urine using a bucket on a horse or by placing a cauldron where a horse can walk over it. You will end up with a Bucket of Horse Urine or a Horse Urine Cauldron. Take that raw urine and run it through the mod's filtration process to obtain Filtrated Horse Urine. This filtered fluid is the precursor to everything else.

Producing Liquid Estrogen and Pills

Process Filtrated Horse Urine further to obtain Liquid Estrogen. You can store it in a Bucket of Liquid Estrogen or pour it into a Liquid Estrogen Cauldron. To make pills, combine Liquid Estrogen with the mod's pill-crafting ingredients at a crafting station. The result is an Estrogen Pill. For a stronger variant, craft a Crystal Estrogen Pill. Store your pills in an Estrogen Pill Box so they do not clutter your inventory. If you want a slower-release option, craft an Estrogen Patch instead, which applies its effect over time rather than instantly.
