How to Get Started with the Estrogen Mod

The Estrogen mod revolves around a processing chain that starts with a certain four-legged farm animal and ends with a variety of pills, patches, and decorative blocks. Before you can make anything interesting, you need to understand the core loop.

Your first goal is to obtain Horse Urine. You do this by placing a cauldron and leading a horse over it, or by using buckets directly on the animal. Once you have Horse Urine, you can filter it. Filtering is done by processing the urine through the mod's filtration step, which yields Filtrated Horse Urine. This filtered product is the base for most of the mod's chemistry.

From Filtrated Horse Urine you can produce Liquid Estrogen, which is the key ingredient for pills, patches, and the Gender Change Potion. You will also encounter Testosterone Mixture and Testosterone Chunks as part of the broader chemistry tree.

What to Build First

Set up a small processing area with cauldrons, buckets, and a chest for your intermediates. Craft an Estrogen Pill Box early so you have somewhere to store pills. Keep an eye out for Rosy Maple Moths at night, since they drop Moth Fuzz, which is used in several recipes. Once you have a steady supply of Liquid Estrogen, you can branch into cookies, patches, and the decorative dream-themed blocks.
