This resource pack highlights curse names in bright red text within item tooltips. This makes it immediately obvious when an item carries a negative effect or restriction, helping you avoid equipping dangerous gear during combat or exploration.

What to Look For

1. Open your inventory and hover over any item to see its tooltip

2. Scan the description for red-colored text—this indicates a curse

3. Read the curse name carefully to understand the penalty (examples: binding, vanishing, or mod-specific curses)

4. Decide whether the item's benefits outweigh the curse's drawback

Making Informed Decisions
